Transferring Funds to a Mobile Money Account on the Cadana Mobile App
- In the CadanaPay app, click the Send icon.
- Add a recipient or select an existing beneficiary.
In adding a New Recipient,

- Tap on New Recipient
- Select Mobile Wallet as a method of transfer
- Select Currency.
- Select the Mobile Money Provider
- Enter the recipient’s Phone Number
- The name on the account will be auto-filled!
- Verify and confirm the account name and tap on Continue.
- Enter the amount to send.
- Add your description and click on Continue.
- Confirm transfer details and click on Continue
- Enter the codes from your authenticator app and click on Continue.
Transferring Funds to a Mobile Money Account on the Cadana Talent Web App
- On the Accounts page, click on Withdraw
- Search for an existing beneficiary or add new by selecting New Recipient
- Choose your preferred payment method, Mobile Wallet
- Select the receiving currency eg: “Kenyan shilling”
- Select the Mobile Money Provider
- Enter recipient Phone Number
- Enter and confirm the account name and click on continue.
- Enter the amount to send and select the wallet you are sending funds from
- Add your description and click on continue.
- Confirm the transfer and click on Send Money
- Enter the codes from your authenticator app and click on Continue.
