Objective: We're thrilled to introduce the new payout feature: Transfer to Cards! This article is designed to guide users on how to transfer funds from their Cadana wallet to Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards.

Transferring funds from your Cadana account to debit or credit cards on the mobile app
Steps
- On the homepage of the app, tap the Send icon.
- Select Card for an existing beneficiary and choose the beneficiary from the list
- Click on New Recipient and select Card Recipient as your preferred payment method for a new beneficiary.
- Select the currency of the card.
- Enter the Card Number
- Verify the card details and click on Continue
- Enter the Amount and Continue
- Enter the Purpose and Description if preferred, and click on Continue
- Review the transfer and click on Continue
- Enter your PIN to complete the process
- Save the beneficiary, if you'd like to!

Steps
- On the homepage, click on Move Money.
- Select Send Money from the drop down menu
- Click on New Recipient or select an existing card recipient.
- Select Card Transfer as your preferred payment method.
- Select the currency of the card.
- Enter the card number
- Verify the card details and click on Continue
- Enter the amount, enter a description if preferred and click on Continue
- Review the transfer and click on Send
- Save the beneficiary, if you'd like to and click on done!
Note:
- Transfer rates for card transfers are determined by VISA or Mastercard and the final receivable amount is not determined by Cadana.
- You can only send payouts to your cards from your Cadana USD account. You can use the swap feature to convert funds from other currencies to your USD account as needed.
- Card payments can take a few minutes or up to 2 days to be credited depending on the issuing bank.
