Objective: This article guides users on how to transfer USD from your Cadana wallet to a bank account via SWIFT on the Cadana mobile and talent web app

Sending USD to a bank account using SWIFT on the Cadana mobile app

Steps

• On the homepage of the app, tap the Send icon.
• Tap New Recipient to add a new one.
• From the list of payment methods, tap Bank Recipient, choose the currency (USD, EUR), then select the recipient’s country.
• Enter the recipient’s details, the SWIFT CODE/ BIC, or the IBAN, and proceed (please note that SWIFT payments can only be processed for accounts registered in your name).
• Enter your address and tap Continue.
• Enter the amount and Continue
• Select the transaction purpose, or add a description, then continue.
• Finally, review the details and tap continue
• Enter your PIN to complete the process
• Please note that SWIFT transfers may take up to 5 business days to reflect.

Sending USD to a bank account using SWIFT on the Cadana talent web app

Steps

• On the web app, select Accounts
• On the Accounts page, click on Send Money
• Search for an existing beneficiary or add new by selecting New External Beneficiary
• Select transfer method : bank transfer.
• Select the currency
• Type in the SWIFT CODE/ BIC, the IBAN.
• Please input the recipient's account number. The name field will be automatically filled with your registered name, as SWIFT transfers are presently supported only to users' accounts.
• Select the receiving bank name.
• Enter recipient's address details and click on Save & Continue
• Enter the amount to send and select the wallet you are sending funds from
• Check and confirm the exchange rate 
• Add your description and click on Continue.
• Confirm Transfer and click on Send Money
• Enter your pin and click on Continue. 
• Transfer initiated
• Please note that SWIFT transfers may take up to 5 business days to reflect.
