Downloading Transaction Receipts

Objective: This article seeks to guide you on how to download receipts for any transaction you make on the Cadana app. 

Need proof of a transaction made? Cadana's transaction receipts just made accountability easier.

1. Download transaction receipt on the Cadana Mobile App

Getting transaction receipts on the Cadana Mobile App

• On the home screen, tap See All under Recent Transactions.

• Select the transaction you want a receipt for.

• Tap Share Receipt.

• Choose Download in the orange rectangle to save or share the receipt on your device.

Getting transaction receipts on the Cadana Web App

• On the Home screen, toggle to Account, and click View All beside Recent Transactions.
• Click on the transaction you want to view, then click View Receipt in the orange field.
• Choose Download in the orange rectangle to save or share the receipt on your device.
