Downloading Transaction Receipts

Objective: This article seeks to guide you on how to download receipts for any transaction you make on the Cadana app. 

Need proof of a transaction made? Cadana's transaction receipts just made accountability easier.

1. Download transaction receipt on the Cadana Mobile App

Getting transaction receipts on the Cadana Mobile App

• On the home screen, Tap on See All by Recent Transactions
• Tap on the transaction you want a receipt for
• Tap on Share Receipt
• Select a destination on your device to share or save the receipt

Getting transaction receipts on the Cadana Web App

• On the Home screen, toggle to Account, and click View All beside Recent Transactions.
• Click on the transaction you want to view, then click Download Receipt in the orange field.
• Select a destination on your device to share or save the receipt
