Generate Your Account Statement

Objective: This article gives a step by step process on how to generate your Cadana account statement. The Cadana account statement is a summary of all your receipts and payments on the Cadana app within a period. This helps you to track your money better.

Generating Account Statements on the Mobile App

• On the home page, switch to the account wallet your would like a statement for.
• The currency will be set to your local currency. You may change this to the currency wallet of your choice.
• Tap on ...More under account balance
• Select Generate Account statement
• Select your preferred start and end dates and tap on Continue
• Your account statement will be generated. 

Generating Account Statements on the Web App

• On the home page, click on Accounts on the left side menu.
• The currency will be set to your local currency. You may change this to the currency wallet of your choice.
• Click on More button (...), visible by the convert funds button.
• Click on Account statement
• Confirm the currency or wallet account you want to generate the statement for, then select your preferred start and end dates.
• Select Get statement 

Statement Delivery

• Statements covering a period of 6 months or less are generated instantly and can be downloaded directly from the platform.
• Statements covering a period of more than 6 months will be generated and sent to your registered email address once ready.

Important Note

If a PDF viewer opens automatically when your statement is generated, be sure to save or download the file before closing the viewer if you wish to keep a copy.
