How to swap currencies on the Cadana mobile app

• In the Cadana mobile app, tap on Add.
• Select funding source e.g., GHS, NGN, KES, ZK, FRw
• Choose Convert from Other Balance
• Enter the amount you wish to swap or receive. You can input the exact amount for the transaction.
• Select destination source e.g., EUR, USD, AND GBP.
• Tap on Continue
• Confirm the details and tap Continue
• Input your PIN
• Your funds will be swapped to your selected wallet.

How to swap currencies on the Cadana talent web app

OPTION 1

• In the Cadana web app, select Accounts.
• Click on Swap Funds
• Select your funding source e.g., GHS, NGN, KES, ZK, FRw 
• Enter the amount you wish to swap or receive. You can input the exact amount for the transaction.
• Tap on Swap
• Input your PIN and then tap on Continue.
• Your funds will be swapped to your selected wallet.

OPTION 2 

• In the Cadana web app, navigate to the Home dashboard and choose Move money
• From the drop-down menu, choose Swap between accounts
• Select your funding source e.g., GHS, NGN, KES, ZK, FRw, USD
• Enter the amount you wish to swap or receive. You can input the exact amount for the transaction.
• Select destination source e.g.,  EUR, USD, AND GBP.
• Tap on Swap
• Input your Pin and then tap on Continue.
• Your funds will be swapped to your selected wallet.
