Resetting Password

Objective: This article shares the steps on how to reset your Cadanapay password. 

• On the homepage of the app, tap Profile in the bottom right corner of your screen.
• On the next page, tap Security Settings under your profile.
• On the Security Settings page, tap Change Password.
• Enter your Old Password, then your New Password, and repeat it to Confirm.
• Tap Update Password at the bottom of the screen.

NB: Your password should be 8 characters, and must contain one uppercase, lowercase, one number, and one special character.
