Objective: This article shares the steps on how to reset your Cadana password on the Mobile and Web Apps.

Resetting Password on the Cadana Mobile App
Steps:
- On the homepage of the app, tap Profile in the bottom right corner of your screen.
- On the next page, tap Security Settings under your profile.
- On the Security Settings page, tap Change Password.
- Enter your Old Password, then your New Password, and repeat it to Confirm.
- Tap Update Password at the bottom of the screen.

Your password will be successfully updated. You can now use your new password to log in.
Resetting Password on the Cadana Web App
Steps:
- Navigate to your Cadana Tag in the left corner of your screen
- Select Manage Account
- Click on Security Settings
- Choose Update Password
- Enter your Old Password, then your New Password, and repeat it to Confirm
- Select Change Password

Your password will be successfully updated. You can now use your new password to log in.
NB: Your password should be 8 characters, and must contain one uppercase, one lowercase, one number, and one special character.
