Accessing Payslips

Objective: This article explains how to view your pay slip on the Cadana Mobile and Web Apps. 

Cadana issues pay slips for associated salary payments for employees or contractors. A pay slip is a document that confirms that you received a salary from your employer. Your payslips can be used as proof of your earnings, tax paid, and any pension contributions.

How to view your payslip on the Cadana Mobile App

• On the homepage of the app, tap on the Menu button
• Tap on Work, to switch from Personal settings to Work settings 
• Select Payslips from the available options
• Adjust the year if needed and select the month you want a payslip for. 
• Select the app to view the associated PDF and download it to your local device storage

How to view your payslip on the Cadana Web App

• On the Home Page, select Payslips on the left side menu
• Search to view or select a payslip from the available list you need to access.
• A pop-up will appear to confirm the details and download
• This selection will automatically download the associated PDF to your device.

Note: Your Pay slip is automatically downloaded to your device; you need to check your downloads on your device to open it.
