Objective: This article guides users on how to transfer USD from your Cadana wallet on the web app to a bank account via SWIFT.
Steps
- On the home page of the web app, select “Move Money”
- From the drop down menu, select 'Send Money'
- Search for an existing beneficiary or add new by selecting New Recipient
- Select transfer method : bank transfer.
- Select the currency
- Type in the SWIFT CODE/ BIC, the IBAN.
- Enter recipient Account Number (Name will be prefilled with your registered name as SWIFT transfers are currently supported to user's accounts only)
- Select the receiving bank name.
- Enter recipient's address details and click on Save & Continue
- Enter the amount to send and select the wallet you are sending funds from
- Check and confirm the exchange rate
- Add your description and click on Continue.
- Confirm Transfer and click on Send Money
- Enter your pin and click on Continue.
- Transfer initiated
- SWIFT transfers can take up to 4 business days to reflect.
Option 2
- On the web app, select Accounts
- On the Accounts page, click on Send Money
- Search for an existing beneficiary or add new by selecting New External Beneficiary
- Select transfer method : bank transfer.
- Select the currency
- Type in the SWIFT CODE/ BIC, the IBAN.
- Enter recipient Account Number (Name will be prefilled with your registered name as SWIFT transfers are currently supported to user's accounts only)
- Select the receiving bank name.
- Enter recipient's address details and click on Save & Continue
- Enter the amount to send and select the wallet you are sending funds from
- Check and confirm the exchange rate
- Add your description and click on Continue.
- Confirm Transfer and click on Send Money
- Enter your pin and click on Continue.
- Transfer initiated
- SWIFT transfers can take up to 4 business days to reflect.
