Transferring USD on the Cadana Talent Web app.

Objective: This article guides users on how to transfer USD from your Cadana wallet on the web app to a bank account via SWIFT.

Steps

• On the home page of the web app, select  “Move Money”
• From the drop down menu, select 'Send Money'
• Search for an existing beneficiary or add new by selecting New Recipient
• Select transfer method : bank transfer.
• Select the currency
• Type in the SWIFT CODE/ BIC, the IBAN.
• Enter recipient Account Number (Name will be prefilled with your registered name as SWIFT transfers are currently supported to user's accounts only)
• Select the receiving bank name.
• Enter recipient's address details and click on Save & Continue
• Enter the amount to send and select the wallet you are sending funds from
• Check and confirm the exchange rate 
• Add your description and click on Continue.
• Confirm Transfer and click on Send Money
• Enter your pin and click on Continue. 
• Transfer initiated
• SWIFT transfers can take up to 4 business days to reflect. 

Option 2

• On the web app, select Accounts
• On the Accounts page, click on Send Money
• Search for an existing beneficiary or add new by selecting New External Beneficiary
• Select transfer method : bank transfer.
• Select the currency
• Type in the SWIFT CODE/ BIC, the IBAN.
• Enter recipient Account Number (Name will be prefilled with your registered name as SWIFT transfers are currently supported to user's accounts only)
• Select the receiving bank name.
• Enter recipient's address details and click on Save & Continue
• Enter the amount to send and select the wallet you are sending funds from
• Check and confirm the exchange rate 
• Add your description and click on Continue.
• Confirm Transfer and click on Send Money
• Enter your pin and click on Continue. 
• Transfer initiated
• SWIFT transfers can take up to 4 business days to reflect.
