Requesting an account limit increase through the Cadana mobile app
Steps
- On the homepage, tap Profile in the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Tap Account Limits under your profile to view all your transaction limits.
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap Request Limit Increase.
- This action will open your default mailbox with a pre-filled message. Complete the necessary information and attach the required documents before sending them to support@cadanapay.com.
- Fill in the new account limit request, providing reasons for the increase and attaching contracts or statements of income from your professional platform.
- Tap Submit.
Your request will be received and reviewed, with a response shared within 48 hours of submission.

Steps
- On the home page, click on the dropdown menu under your name at the top right corner of your screen and select Profile Settings.
- Under profile settings, click on Account Limits.
- Here, you will be able to view your current single, daily, and monthly transaction limits.
- Click on Request Limit Increase.
- This action will open your default mailbox and prefill it with some information that needs to be completed before sending it to support@cadanapay.com
- Fill in the new account limit request, providing reasons for the increase and attaching contracts or statements of income from your professional platform.
Your request will be received and reviewed, with a response shared within 48 hours of submission.
