Sending funds to a Cadana user

Transferring funds to a coworker or friend who uses Cadana? Here's the step-by-step process for sending money without any fees using their Cadana tag.

Sending funds to a Cadana user on the mobile app

• On you home page, tap on Send Money
• Select saved user tag or tap on the Add button to send to a new Cadana Tag recipient.
• Select  Cadana Tag as the payout method
• Enter user tag name in the search box and Select user.
• Select your Payout Currency and enter the sending amount.
• Check and confirm the exchange rate if applicable and click on continue 
• Select the purpose , add your description and click on continue.
• Confirm Transfer details and summary and click on Continue
• Enter your pin and click on Send Money. 
• Recipients will receive payment instantly. 

Sending funds to a Cadana user on the talent web app

• On your dashboard, click Accounts in the left-hand menu bar.
• On the Accounts page, click Send Money.
• Search for an existing beneficiary or add a new one by selecting New Recipient, then click Tag as your payment method.
• Enter the user tag name in the search box and select the user.
• Select your payout currency and enter the amount and click Continue.
• Recipients will receive payment instantly.
