Objective: This article explains the steps to search, view, track and request support for transactions on your Cadanapay account, whether old or new.

Viewing transactions on the mobile app

• On the home screen, Tap on See All by Recent Transactions
• Tap on the transaction you want to view
• You may also use the search button to find a transaction more quickly by entering the beneficiary name.
• You may also use the filter feature to filter your list of transactions by currency, type, or status.
• Once the transaction is in view, confirm the details, view its status, track the transaction, report an issue to support or share receipt!

Viewing transactions on web app

• On the Home screen, toggle to Account, and click View All beside Recent Transactions.
• Click on the transaction you want to view.
• You may also use the search button to find a transaction more quickly by entering the beneficiary name.
• You may also use the filter feature to filter your list of transactions by currency, type, or status.
• Once the transaction is in view, confirm the details, view its status, track the transaction, report an issue to support or share receipt!
