Objective: This article explains how to request that your Cadana account and the associated data be deleted.
When you delete your Cadana account, all of your data with us will be permanently removed and your profile will be deleted.
To request that your account be deleted, you’ll need to download the “Cadana” mobile app from the Google Play Store and App Store and log in to access your account. If you can’t remember your password, you can follow this guide to reset it.
To delete your account from the mobile app:
- Tap on Profile, from the account home page
- Select Security Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Share summarized details on why you want to delete your profile.
- Tap on Delete Account to finish
Note:
Please make sure to redraw all funds before proceeding to request account deletion.
After the request is complete, your account and your profile will be deleted immediately. There are no retention periods. You can sign up again for a new account with the same email address or phone number.
