Objective: This article guides users on how to view current wallet limits in app and how to request for an account limit increase where necessary.
Cadana offer seamless transfers for both receipts and payments. There are, however, limits imposed on the transfer of funds to and from one's wallet.
To view accounts daily and monthly limits,
- Go to settings page
- Tap on Accounts limits
- Account limits for single, daily and monthly transaction will be displayed.
If you need an increase in account limit for any reason,
On account limits page, tap on the “Request Limit Increase” button
Fill in the required sections and add supporting documents
This will send an email to support and your submission will be reviewed for a decision.
NB: Your request for an account will not be supported if you do not fill all sections and provide the relevant documents.
