Sending funds to a bank account on the mobile app
- On the homepage, tap the Send icon.
- Select a Beneficiary from your Saved Beneficiaries, or tap add button to add a new recipient.
- From your Saved Beneficiaries, select the Beneficiary name
- If a new recipient, select Bank Recipient, Currency, and enter the recipient’s details.
- Enter the amount, and choose the currency you’re sending from, which will be displayed under your balance.
- Select the Transaction Purpose and add a Description if applicable, then Continue.
- Review and confirm the transaction by tapping Continue
- Enter your 4-digit PIN to complete the process
- You can save New Beneficiary if needed
- Transfer time will be dependent on the beneficiary bank location
Note: In some countries, financial institutions support instant transfers, while in others, it may take 1-3 business days. If a transaction from your app takes longer than anticipated, you can send a transaction report to in app for assistance.
Sending funds to a bank account on the talent web app
- Navigate to Accounts and click Send Money
- Search for an existing beneficiary or add new by selecting New Recipient
- Select the payment method: Bank
- Select the receiving currency.
- Select the receiving bank.
- Enter recipient Account Number
- Enter the account name and tap on save and continue.
- Enter the amount to send and select the wallet you are sending funds from
- Check and confirm the exchange rate
- Add your description and click on continue.
- Confirm Transfer and click on Send Money
- Enter your pin and click on Continue.
- Transfer initiated
- Transfer time will be dependent on the beneficiary bank location
