Objective: This article seeks to address users who have made mistakes with personal details; name, email, phone number and any other detail during onboarding or need to make updates to existing personal information.
It is very important to note that your records are kept for financial and compliance purposes and hence, there is the need to provide accurate details at all times.
To edit personal details such as name and email, you may reach out to your account admin/team leader if you are an employee or contractor to a registered business on Cadana. Otherwise, please send your request to us directly via support@cadanapay.com for a review.
- Kindly note that your name update should match the name on your government-issued ID. Also, note that our team will request proof of official name change, should it be the case that your name update does not match your current ID on your KYC submission.
- Please be reminded that users are not allowed to make changes to their details multiple times unless in genuine and special cases. If you believe you have a genuine case, kindly send us a mail via support@cadanapay.com and we will be happy to assist.
To edit personal details such as phone number, see guide below:
On the Mobile app
- On the home page, click settings
- Select Personal Information under Personal tab
- Click on the existing number to make changes to it.
- Input the new number and verify it with the OTP sent to the mobile number.
On the Web app
- On the home page, click on the drop down button by your name at the top right corner.
- Select Profile setting from the drop down menu.
- Click on the existing saved number to make changes to it.
- Input the new number and verify it with the OTP.
