Objective: This article provides instructions on setting up, updating, or deleting your preferred salary payment method from the mobile app.
As an employee, you have the flexibility to update your preferred payment method to any available channel, including virtual wallets (in your local currency, USD, GBP, EUR), bank accounts, mobile money, etc. These changes will be reflected when your employer processes payroll.
Setting up, Editing or Deleting Payout Method on the Cadana mobile app
To add or set up a new payout method:
- Select “Settings” in the mobile app
- Tap on “Work” option under your name, to switch from Personal setting to Work settings
- Select "Payout Methods"
- Tap on Add Payout Method
- Select the preferred payment channel you want to set up (Bank, Mobile money or SWIFT)
- Fill in the account details and tap on continue
- Enter your PIN and tap on continue to save changes.
To edit/ update an existing payout method
- Select “Settings” in the mobile app
- Tap on “Work”, to switch from Personal setting to Work settings
- Select "Payout Methods"
- Tap on the saved payout method you want to to update
- Select Edit
- Make the necessary changes and tap on continue
- Enter your PIN and tap on continue to save changes.
To delete a saved payout method
- Select “Settings” in the mobile app
- Tap on “Work”, to switch from Personal setting to Work settings
- Select "Payout Methods"
- Click on the saved payout method you want to to delete
- Tap on Delete
- Tap on Remove to confirm deletion
Note: You can only add 1 account for each payout method.
