Objective: This article provides users with instructions on how to freeze or unfreeze their virtual card using the Cadanapay mobile and talent web apps.
Freezing your card will temporarily suspend access to your card details, rendering it unusable until you choose to unfreeze it. During this period, scheduled payments will not be processed. Additionally, freezing your card will trigger an automatic transfer of funds from the card to your USD wallet.

Freezing your card
- On your home screen, tap on the Cadana Hub ⚡️
- Under Personal, tap on Card
- Tap on More
- Select Freeze Card
- A pop up notification will appear, with content about freezing your card. Click on Freeze Card to finish card freezing.
- Card will be frozen and will become blur on your screen. You will not be able to access your card details until you unfreeze your card and payments, including scheduled payments will not be successful. Also, when you freeze your card, the funds on the card will be automatically transferred to your USD wallet.
Unfreezing your card
- On your home screen, tap on the Cadana Hub ⚡️
- Under Personal, tap on Card
- A pop up notification will appear, with content about unfreezing your card. Tap on UnFreeze
- To UnFreeze virtual card, select UnFreeze Card to finish card unfreezing.

- A view of your virtual card and its related functions will be displayed. Click More, then select Freeze Card from the dropdown menu.
- A pop-up message will appear for confirmation. Click Freeze Card.
- Card will be frozen and will become blur on your screen. You will not be able to access your card details until you unfreeze your card and payments, including scheduled payments will not be successful. When you freeze your card, the funds on the card will be automatically transferred to your USD wallet.
Unfreezing your card
- On your dashboard, click Card in the left-hand menu bar.
- A view of your virtual card and its related functions will be displayed. Click More, then select Unfreeze Card from the dropdown menu.
- A pop-up message will appear for confirmation. Click Unfreeze Card.
- Your card will be restored, allowing you to continue making online purchases with your favorite virtual card!
