How to Request a Virtual Card through the Cadana mobile app

Steps

• On your home screen, tap on the Cadana Hub ⚡️
• Under Personal tab, select on Card
• Tap on Create my card
• There will be a display of your KYC verification statuses. All of these requirements must be marked as completed before you can proceed to click on Create my Card. If any of them uncompleted, you will not be able to proceed. You must: update your phone number, upload your documents for KYC: Basic verification or KYC: Address verification. 
• For Nigerian users, your BVN is required at the time of card creation to proceed. 
  
  Please note that we pass all the gathered KYC documentation to our card provider. However, ultimately the decision to create a card or not rests with them. In some cases they might request additional information, such as a different form of ID. Those situations will be handled on a case by case basis by support. 
• Your card will be created in 1 business day and details will be displayed in the cards section when approved.

Additional note: Please note that it may take up to 1 business day for a Virtual USD Card to be provisioned for you. Our support team members will reach out to you if any further action is required from you in order to fully activate your card.

Steps

• On your dashboard, click the Virtual Cards on the left menu side bar.

• Click on Create card
