As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a better and enhanced service, we are transitioning to a new and robust virtual card provider. This change means that your current virtual card will no longer be active as of October 1st,2024 and you will get a new card shortly after. Below, you’ll find all the information you need about this transition and what actions are required.

New virtual cards available starting from October (you will receive an email once your card is ready for order)
What You Need to Do Before October 1st, 2024
Before 1st October 2024 , we kindly ask that you empty your virtual card balance by completing any pending transactions or withdrawing funds. Any remaining balance on your card after this date will automatically be transferred to your USD wallet.
What Happens to Unspent Funds?
If you do not spend or transfer your virtual card balance to your USD wallet by 1st October 2024, your unspent or unloaded funds will be automatically transferred to your USD wallet.
Accessing the New Virtual Card
Once the new cards are available in your jurisdiction, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to start using your card right away. The new cards will come with enhanced features and a more reliable service.

How soon can I get my new card?
You will get your new card within 5 business days. Note that your new card may arrive sooner than 5 business days. During this offboarding window, our team will observe your old card to ensure that all transitions take place smoothly. Our team will also complete mandatory offboarding compliance processes with our old provider.
How can I withdraw my balance ?
You can withdraw your balance using the withdraw button in app. Please refer to our help centre article here on how to withdraw funds from your virtual.
I have my card information registered with a 3rd party. What should I do?
You will need to check any recurring payments with apps, vendors, and connected accounts that you regularly pay from and disassociate your old card in the meantime, until you have your new card details.
