Setting up your biometrics on the Cadanapay mobile app.

Objective: This article guides users on how to set biometrics on the Cadanapay mobile app. This allows users to, as an option, log in with a fingerprint or face ID on their device (instead of passwords) or activate transaction confirmations with a fingerprint or face ID on their device (instead of PIN)

How to set up your biometrics

• On your home screen, tap on Profile
• Under Profile, select Security Settings
• Select the toggle button by Biometrics for login to activate log in with fingerprint or face ID on your device (instead of passwords)
• A pop up prompt will appear. Enter Password to confirm activation.
• Select the toggle button by Biometrics for transactions to activate transaction confirmations with fingerprint or face ID on your device (instead of PIN)
• A pop up prompt will appear. Enter PIN to confirm activation.
• Scan your fingerprint or your face on the device to finish the setup.
