Requirements for Instant Pay
Access to the Cadana Instant Pay feature is determined by your employer.
The following criteria must be met in order to qualify for Instant Pay:
- You have an active contract with your employer
- You have been KYC-Verified
- You have no outstanding Instant Pay withdrawals that have not been settled by a work payment.
- If you're a contractor, you must have worked for your employer for at least 2 consecutive payment cycles
- If you're a contractor, you have signed the necessary compliance documents, including W8BEN
How to request an Instant Pay on the mobile app
- Tap on the Instant Pay tab on the homepage.
- Tap on “Request Payout”
- Enter the amount to withdraw, select the wallet to pay funds into, and tap on Continue.
- Review and confirm the total receivable amount and tap on “Request Payout”
- Request successful! Funds will be credited to your account and will be deducted automatically from your next work payment.
How to request for Instant Pay on the web app
You will see the Instant Pay option on the navigation menu of your dashboard if this feature is available to you. Simply click on the Instant Pay option to access your Instant Pay dashboard. On the Instant Pay dashboard, you will find a breakdown of the earnings that are available to you.
Click on the Request Instant Payout and enter an amount to withdraw. There is a transaction fee for instant pay withdrawals. A breakdown of the transaction fee and total withdrawal amount will be displayed to you as part of the withdrawal process.
Your Instant Pay withdrawal will be processed to your Cadana Wallet and automatically deducted from your next work payment.
