How to view your virtual card balance on the Cadana mobile app

Steps

• On your home screen, go to “Cards”

• Your card's value will be shown on your virtual card at any point in time.

Pro tip: Make sure to verify that your card has sufficient funds before making a purchase to avoid a declined transaction. If needed, you can transfer funds from your USD wallet to your Cadana Card using the fund card option.

Please note that only USD wallet to Card transfers are supported currently and hence, if you have funds in any of the wallets, you will first need to swap to USD before you can move funds to Cadana Card.

How to view your virtual card balance on the Cadana talent web app

Steps. 

• On your dashboard, Click on Virtual cards on the left menu bar.

• Your balance at any point in time will be shown on your Cadana card.
