Resetting or Changing your PIN on Cadana mobile app

Objective: This article is a step by step guide on how to reset your PIN on your Cadana account. 

Steps

• On the homepage in the app, tap Profile in the bottom right corner of your screen.
• On the next page, tap Security Settings under your profile.
• On the Security Settings page, tap Change Transaction PIN.
• A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your email. Check your inbox or spam folder, then copy and paste the OTP into your Cadana app to verify.
• Once verified, a new page will appear to enter your desired 4-digit PIN. Repeat to confirm, then tap Continue.
