Resetting or Changing your PIN on Cadana mobile app

Objective: This article is a step by step guide on how to reset your PIN on your Cadana account. 

Steps

• In the app, tap on Settings.

• Select Security and Privacy

• Select Change PIN

• Tap on RESET PIN and a verification code will be sent to your registered phone number.

• Copy the OTP verification code from your mail and paste it.

• Tap on Continue
• Type in your New 4 digit PIN

• Repeat your 4-digit PIN and tap on Continue to finish PIN reset
