How to request Instant Pay to an external account (bank or mobile money)

Objective: This article guides user on how to transfer money from instant pay to bank or mobile money.

In order to be able to send to an external account, you must first add your bank and/ or mobile money to your registered payout methods. Please see a guide on how to set up a payout method here

Steps

• Tap on the Instant Pay tab on homepage.
• Tap on “Request Payout”
• Select the payout method.
• Type in an amount to withdraw and Tap on continue.
• Review and confirm the amount , charge and exchange rate (where applicable)
• Tap on  “Request Payout”

Fund will be credited to your selected account.
