Objective: This article guides users on how to report issues relating to specific transactions via mobile app. This option automatically adds the transfer details and allows our support team to receive all the necessary information to check and act on your transfers better.
Steps:
- On your home page on the mobile app, select History
- Tap on the specific transaction to view the full details.
- Confirm that the transaction is the exact one you want to report.
- Tap on Report an Issue under the Download Receipt button
- Select the preferred email application you want to send the mail with
- The mail is then prefilled with data on your transfer, account details as well as the Cadana Support mail.
- Add your comments to the bottom of the prefilled data and send email!
- Our support team will receive and respond to your email in the shortest possible time!
