Reporting a transaction through the Cadana mobile app
Steps:
- On the home page of the mobile app, tap See All.
- Search for the transaction you wish to report in the search box or scroll to find it.
- Tap on the specific transaction you wish to review to access its full details.
- Verify that the transaction corresponds exactly to the one you intend to report.
- Tap Report an Issue.
- Fill out the details and tap Submit
- Our support team will promptly receive and respond to your email.
Reporting a transaction through the Cadana Talent web app
Steps:
- Navigate to the home page of the talent web app and click on Transactions.
- Search and Tap on the specific transaction you wish to review to access its full details.
- Verify that the transaction corresponds exactly to the one you intend to report.
- Tap on Report an Issue located under the Download Receipt button.
- Select your preferred email application to compose the email.
- The email will be prefilled with data regarding your transfer, account details, and the Cadana Support email.
- Add your comments to the bottom of the prefilled data and send the email.
- Our support team will promptly receive and respond to your email.
