Talent onboarding process: Setting up your account as an employee or contractor.

Objective: This article is a guide for new talents who are being onboarded onto the talent web app. Got an email invitation and need to set up your account as a new employee? We are excited to have you onboard! 

Here's how: 

• In your email, click on the orange Set Up Password button. 
• Enter your new password and click on Create Password
• You will be logged in to the homepage of your account.
• You will see a prompt to complete your verification. 
• Complete your Basic (Biometric and ID) verification.
• Complete your Address Verification
• Complete your Business verification if you are a business contractor
• Fill your W-8BEN and W-8BEN-E Form if it applies to you (non US citizens who work for US based organizations)
• Wait for your submissions to be verified by our team.
• After all your submissions are verified, you can swap, send, receive money seamlessly!
