Using single onboarding feature to onboard a number of new workers at the same time can be time consuming. This is why our bulk onboarding process has been made seamless for you!
Here's how to Import your employees details using a downloaded excel template from Cadana

- Under the dropdown menu select directory
- Select the orange Add Person button at the top right of your screen
- Select the bulk onboarding option from the drop down menu
- Download the onboarding template at the top right of your screen
- Complete and save the excel sheet on your computer
- Go to start onboarding and select Import
- Under the person type, use drop down arrow to select the type of employment; i.e. employee or contractor
- Click in the field below to select and upload the file from a saved location on your computer OR drag and drop the file to upload
- This will sync the information on the excel sheet onto your dashboard.
- Review the data uploaded
If everything is valid,
- Review the uploaded data and select Verify details
- Click on Complete Onboarding to finish bulk onboarding.
If you need to make further adjustments upon review,
- Make the necessary edits in the excel sheet and save.
- Then select Upload new data
- Click in the field below to select and upload the updated file from a saved location on your computer or drag and drop the updated file to upload
- Review the uploaded data and select Verify details
- Click on Complete Onboarding to finish bulk onboarding.
Note:
1. Do not change the file template and use the drop downs provided for bank names, so that the information can be recognized by the app when you upload this data.
2. You can only bulk onboard one category of users at a time. e.g., employees only or contractors only and not both
3. If the system does not allow you to proceed due to specific error for an employee, you can use the edit button for the employee to make and save changes before you proceed.
